SFS-202 Double head high-speed strapping machine

The high-speed automatic strapping machine is employed with the international advanced and high-precision electric edge trimming technology. The strapping head is equipped with independent storage function. The device's heart piercing set and internal design are well-designed with an internationally well-known control system, which can connect the high-speed printing paste box connecting line and can be used together with it. The equipment is equipped with high-speed printing paste box running direction and corrugated direction for packaging to meet the output demand.

Function:

- Compact (small space, small strapping head), fast strapping.

- Flexible switching between single and double channel: to fulfill the fast production capacity exchange and switching between single and double channel.

- Automatic tape splicing function: it can realize continuous PP tape welding, highly improving production efficiency.

- Automatic identification of goods: automatically adjust the equipment according to the size and moving position of the goods, 

   effectively optimize the speed of the equipment.

- High precision and high-speed electric trimming: the traditional pneumatic type has been eliminated, and the electric operation and maintenance 

   are more convenient, with low simple failure rate.

- There are many ways to automatically set the size of the bundled goods: input the human-computer desktop/put the bundled goods, 

   and start the automatic setting (fast completion within 20 seconds).

- Strapping position: the position of the core can be adjusted freely according to customer, effectively avoiding the gap position of the carton.

- Rear power desktop: it can be linked and connected with equipment transportation.

- Strapping direction: in the forward direction according to the transmission direction of the front end.

- Vertical belt design: economic belt can be used without belt election.
